Your Bellyssimo team is here to assist you with any specific query or problem with your pregnancy wear order. You can call us between 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, you can always email us at orders@bellyssimo.co.za, and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Our maternity garments are made in wearable high-quality fabrics for maximum comfort throughout your pregnancy. Most of our pregnancy designs are machine washable for added ease. Make your clothes last for longer by following the care instructions on the Bellyssimo wash care labels as well. Our Bellyssimo maternity pieces are available in sizes 32 to 38, and are designed in line with your pre-pregnancy clothing size, allowing for the normal weight gain that comes with pregnancy. Simply check our size guide to find your perfect fit, or if you’d like a little more information, contact us.

We will always do our best to meet your expectations. To ensure your pregnancy wear order will be delivered on time, we need a complete address and phone number in case we need to contact you.  If you choose the option Office Counter, your order will arrive within 3-6 days. If you opt for Courier your order will be delivered to you in 2-3 days. Please click here for further information on the shipping process.

We accept returns of new, unworn pregnancy wear items within 7 days after they have been delivered to you, thereafter only exchanges can be made. Please make sure the items returned are in their original packaging. We will give you a refund directly into your account (within 30 days of receiving the returned item) or exchange the pregnancy wear item for a different size or style. Please note: Any returns made that are not due to the fault of Bellyssimo will require the customer to pay for any shipping fees.
