COURIERS
Bellyssimo uses The Courier Guy for all our local courier needs. With The Courier Guy you will receive a reliable courier service straight to your door within 2 days of your parcel being collected from our Head Office. Your parcel can be tracked on The Courier Guy.
Please note that if you require a bigger or bulk order, delivery will be an extra 1-2 days, as we will need time to process the order.
Orders including affiliate items, such as Carriwell or Aroma Soothz may take longer than our typical delivery timeline. These items are acquired per order. Please allow for an extra 1-2 days for these orders.
SHIPPING COSTS
The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered. Please expect that three pregnancy garments generally equals 1 kilogram. Free Shipping applies on orders over R800 for all provinces in South Africa. This excludes Mines, Farms, Townships & other remote areas.
RETURN POLICY
The provision of goods and services by Bellyssimo is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bellyssimo will refund the client in full within 30 days. You can return new, unworn pregnancy items within 7 days after they have been delivered to you, thereafter only exchanges can be made. Please note, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return/exchange. The customer can either organise their own courier or they can request the use of Bellyssimo’s courier and we will quote you accordingly.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will give you a refund directly into your account (within 30 days of receiving the returned item) or exchange the item for a different size or style. Items received back after the 14 day period has passed cannot be refunded but a credit note will be issued (or we will exchange your items).
Refunds are subject to exclusion of specials, coupons and discounts. Exchanges will be accepted on specials. We are unable to refund original postage or returns postage. If you qualified for free postage, the courier fee will not be refunded. Please obtain a “Proof Of Posting” by returning your parcel with either a registration or tracking number as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return / exchange shipping cost. You can either use your own courier, alternatively we will organise our courier at the same charge as the original dispatch of your initial order. All of this will be communicated to you in the return / exchange correspondence.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Stock of all pregnancy garments on offer are limited. Bellyssimo shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Bellyssimo shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfil orders.
We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain pregnancy style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advice on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates. We offer a full refund on pregnancy clothes returned within 10 working days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and still have their swing tags attached.
